Could you tell me how do your twitches look exactly? I mean if your muscle twitches is it:

a) a single twitch (quite strong)

b) repeated twitching (rythmic) of the same spot

c) randomly twitching of more than one spot (but all spots in one muscle)

Mine are a) and b)

What about you?

Thanks for responds

mine are a, b, and c.

I know that answer probably doesn't help, but it's true at different times.

important question

The twitches in my calves are every few seconds, randomly all over the muscles in both legs (24/7). In other parts of my body, I have episodes of repeated twitching in one spot (every few seconds for a minute or so), that may come and go for a few hours or a day or so. Fortunately this is not very often. I also have the occasional "thumper" that hits a muscle then is gone. Shortly after the twitching became a permanent feature in my calves, I was twitching everywhere including my face and tongue. This was sporadic and gradually faded away. I also had a "fizzing sensation" every few seconds in my arm, finger and lip over the same period.

Hope this is of some help.

I get a, b and c also

Take the muscle between my thumb and index finger a hot spot for me.
Will be silent for weeks then I might get a single bounce that pulls my finger over. then it may go crazy for a bit. Then other times it looks to be randomly bouncing in different spots on the muscle. Then boom gone for days or weeks strange. My first finger pull was dec 8 2002 so by now I would think my muscle would be gone if it was serious.

Cheers Dave
