Well, we are off to Dallas fleeing hurricane Rita. If you guys get a chance, please say a little pray for all of us along the texas gulf coast.

I'll be back on by Monday....I hope.

Take care,

Gary

Hey come on down, the weather in fine in North Carolina - sunny and mid 80's. We can sit out on my screened porch, have some wine and don't forget some good old barbecue pulled pork. Then we can all put on some music and twitch, it will be as if we are dancing, what fun. By the way, Basso, the ground is not shaking here today so I think we may be in the clear.

Gary, thinking of you and your family and hope you have dodged this one. Sign on and let us know you're ok as soon as you can!!!!

Thanks for the support everyone. We were very fortunate here in the Houston area as the storm moved to our east before coming ashore. And thankfully, it lessened in intensity before doing that, so I feel like the entire area was blessed by the prayers of this board.

As for me and mine, we are doing great. For my 3 y/o daughter, it was just a mini-vacation....we went swimming at the hotel, went to the Dallas Zoo, went shopping and just had a good time. Of course her mother and I were worried sick for most of that time, but she didn't have a clue. By Friday morning, it was apparent that the storm had turned more to the east so we were all able to relax a little and enjoy our "forced vacation".

Thanks again for the kind wishes.

Take care,

Gary

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. It has been frightening watching these events from the other side of the word. Gotta love the innocence of children. Your daughter is certainly the lucky one, being able to live in the here and now, completely free from worry about potential tragic circumstances, thanks to her wonderful parents. All the best.

Meg.
