Not as primary intervention, especially if not surrounded by children or the elderly, and don't frequent hospital settings as guest or doctor. High doses of vitamin D and C, wholesome nutrition and exercise should be primary intervention.

My BFS was autoimmune related and I had to pursue multiple lifestyle changes to repair and boost my immune system to full recover. I don't know if everyone's BFS is autoimmune. There could be different factors at play in each of us. I myself avoid flu shots because I see that as an unnecessary risk to my immune system. To each their own though.
If your mind is your own worst enemy, why not make friends with it and turn it into your greatest ally? Mental discipline is achievable and there is help available. Learn what works for you, practice, and change your life for the better.
