Episodic ataxia - BFS is most likely a cerebellar condition referred to as episodic ataxia. It is a group of related conditions that affect the nervous system and movement. During these episodes, many people experience any or all of the following: poor coordination and balance, vertigo, nausea and vomiting, migraine headaches, seizures, blurred vision, slurred speech, tinnitus and brisk reflexes (cortical-spinal signs). Additionally, some affected individuals have a muscle abnormality called myokymia, which can cause muscle cramping, stiffness and continuous, fine muscle twitching that appears as rippling under the skin. - https://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition/episodic-ataxia, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5591866/, https://academic.oup.com/brain/article/ ... 484/372064
