Blood type?

Postby RachelLee on December 2nd, 2015, 7:57 pm

Just curious...what is everybody's blood type on here? I'm O-. I've wondered if any blood types have any bearing on what kind of diseases a person is vulnerable to.

O+ here

There is a book called 'Eat Right For Your Blood Type' that goes into the dietary predispositions of people with the different blood types. It may play somewhat of a role because my twitching was linked to dietary influences. I don't think there is a one size fits all cause for BFS to manifest, but of the several different major contributing factors, diet is one of them. If blood type helps determine what your best diet is, then it certainly makes sense.
If your mind is your own worst enemy, why not make friends with it and turn it into your greatest ally? Mental discipline is achievable and there is help available. Learn what works for you, practice, and change your life for the better.
