PLEASE answer. Post exercise muscle soreness?

Postby cboxer1 on May 28th, 2015, 11:29 am

Hi guys. I really need some feedback right now. I've been twitching for almost 2 1/2 years constantly in the foot arches and calves with random pops everywhere else. I had a clean EMG and neuro exam and was told it was due to stress and to live with it. My question to you all is does anybody else notice more muscle soreness after exercise than they did before bfs started? The other day I jogged a mile or two and for the next 2 days my legs were so sore. Way more than they ever would have been before. Another example is I dug some fence post holes in my yard and put up a fence, and now my hands and shoulders are super sore today. I understand that muscle soreness is normal after physical exertion, but this is definitely more painful after less exertion than before. Also, after 2 1/2 years should I assume I'd be showing obvious weakness and arrophy by now if it was something bad? Please let me know.... I need a little help right now. Thanks very much.

hi - I used to be able to do a *beep* ton of physical stuff. Without twitching and a little soreness.

Then the twitching started and I noticed when I would do any more exercise I would notice it took a little longer to recover.

I think its totally normal.
