L-theanine 400mg/day, GABA 750mg/day

Hi,

The NIH reports that L-theanine 400mg/day not only penetrates the blood brain barrier, but is effective in improving sleep and reducing or inhibiting hyperactivity of the CNS by promoting production of GABA. This in combination with GABA 750mg/day sounds like a ticket to reducing twitching. Any thoughts?

Sounds interesting and promising. Do you use any of these already? I'd be more apt to start with lower doses of both and increase as tolerated.

I'm taking both and what I've taken so far seems to be helping.
