You are all safe!

Postby bfshopeful on March 23rd, 2015, 6:36 pm

It has been almost 6 years for me since my twitching first started. I have twitched in every spot known to man including my tongue. I have found relief in the following ways.

1) Trusting my neuro
2) Reducing stress
3) Staying off this board
4) Learning to not give a shyt

I still twitch in times of high stress. For me I am positive that it is all a reaction to my mental stress. My tongue has twitched for 6 years off and on, sometimes for months at a time and I am still fine. I have slurred, I have felt weakness, I have had everything you can think of. I have found dents, noticed limbs smaller than others etc.

The fact is the body is not perfect and never has been. You just notice flaws when you look for them.

Most of you will have to go through the motions to get over this, but I promise time will heal it all. You have plenty of time and after all isn't that the very thing we are all scared off? Not having enough time. But in a couple years you will get so f'ing bored and *beep* off that you will stop caring and start living life. Then miraculously it all disappears. You might still twitch like me, but you won't even know it's happening.

God bless, you will all make it!!!!
