Anything to help the tiredness

Postby LKP1231 on November 22nd, 2014, 9:38 am

Being I've started zoloft and generally take something to help me sleep, I'm very tired all day and it's especially hard to wake up. Is there anything I could take in the morning to boost my energy for the day? Nothing too strong, I don't want the shakes, I just want to be awake.

I think it's normal with those kind of meds.
it supposed to wear of in a few weeks.
exercise helps with fatigue, but it takes some time for you're body to adjust and compensate for extra work
this disease is what I called a "lifestyle"
If posible take 20-40 min naps.
I drink half a cup of coffee in the morning...
I'm not supposed to, but I still drink it.
Still I don't have same drive as before this thing.

I'm going to try to stop using anything for sleep. I just wish the dr had increased the zoloft to more than 50. It doesn't help at all. After this week I'm going to see if he will up it. Not worth taking otherwise.

I take no medications or supplements. Period. The body has to figure it out on its own. Exception: life or death scenario.

I really hate taking anything (except for a cold or headache). But I didn't expect what I've been dealing with :(
