Hope this gives you reassurance

Postby LaurentCH on October 19th, 2014, 12:01 pm

Hej everybody
As you can see from my first post, I was freaking out when my fasics began seven years ago. I had them 24/7 almost everywhere. They are still around from time to time and 24/7 under the left feet. However after having changed my diet to Paleo they are almost gone. Once you realize it is nothing sinister and once you find a way to deal with anxiety (and optionally change your diet) the fascics will lessen even though maybe not completly disappear in every case. And an organic form of magnesium is a good help too.
Best wishes, Laurent

Thanks for your post and for coming back to this forum and reassuring us. I stumbled upon your posts when I "researched" the archives so it's good to see how it turned out for you :-)

Just curious - do you think you would have gotten to this point without a change in diet?

Actually I don't know I am afraid but I guess yes you would once you manage anxiety by both ways psychologically and physically (supplements as Magnesium).

Hey Laurent, great to hear from you. You were one of the most anxiety ridden people I had ever met when you first joined this board. I figured, wow this guy has really let BFS take over his life. It is great to hear you are doing better these days and that you have managed to conquer BFS. That is awesome to hear, I am very proud of you. :D
