Changing twitches

Postby LKP1231 on October 7th, 2014, 12:51 pm

Do your twitches feel different from day to day, like the type? Some days mine are all over and small. Today they are in less places but big and slow. Yesterday I had one in my arm that would twitch for a few seconds repeatedly and stop. Now it's not there. The constant ones stay in the legs but they feel bigger today. Feels more like it gets tight for a sec or two and releases.

Oh good glad that's not unheard of. Some place in my legs especially the back of my calf feel bigger and slower today (it's not even a twitch just a weird feeling almost like the muscle is getting slightly tight for a second) but I have little tickly feelings on the front of that leg and other spots.

My twitches started in the legs and were only sporadic in the upper areas (though I've had a few face hot spots at times.) Now the legs have calmed way down (even after a lot of walking and bicycling this weekend) and the arms and hands have started to go crazy. I thought face spots were bad. I hate hands/arms even worse. Is it typical to switch body locations like this?

Yes, BFS by its very nature is unpredictable. Stuff changes all the time. You will just learn to get used to it.
BFS FAQ:
1. No, that's not bulbar
2. No, the location doesn't matter
3. Yes, we have all had that symptom
4. No, you're not the exception
5. No, that's not ominous
6. No, you don't need an EMG
7. Yes, you will be fine

Weird. Now the little twitches are back, mixed with a few others. Now aside from the crazy sole if my left foot I feel more when moving than not?
