Pretty much that. You thought you had ALS even though you don't actually have any ALS symptoms. So you had an EMG. The doctor said you don't have ALS. So you took that as a sign that you do have ALS, despite the fact that you still don't actually have any ALS symptoms.
You are taking some incredible leaps in logic to get to where you are now. You need to step back and take a look at this.
