Your hands look absolutely fine. I've seen atrophy in hands. You do not have any. I get shakiness too and this is new for me.

I have a lot of paints. Mostly when my anxiety is high or after workout.
I read that a** is painless thats true?
I dont want to visit als sites anymore...

It is normal to have pains after workout and it is highly possible that being anxious causes you so much tension that it results in musculosceletal pains. I had such pains in my students years during exams :) mostly in the legs.
