Pulsing in hand

Postby LKP1231 on September 29th, 2014, 7:24 pm

I noticed that I can feel a "pulse" in my left hand or fingertips. It seems like a pulse but every once in a while it's like it skips a beat. I don't see anything, just feel it if my hand is in my pocket or pressing on something. This is weird. Anyone ever had anything similar?

I also could have sworn I had this in my right hand last week and now it's non stop in my left and not my right.

There is a pulse in the fingertips, that's how some iPhone apps that monitor pulses work. I have such an app where you put your fingertip on your phone's camera and it detects and track your pulse through the fingertip, since every time it pulses it makes like a little shadow that the camera can detect. It's very accurate btw.

A few weeks ago i had that same fear -- except i just thought I was touching twitches (which freaked me out that i couldn't "feel" feel them, unless i was touching it) and it was all over my legs --

THEN i realized -- whenever i go to the doctor they check my oxygen levels by putting a pulsator device on my finger.

THEN i realized when I am at the gym and I need to check my heartbeat I either grab the sensors with my palms or if its not that kind of machine i put my finger on the finger sensor.

Why? because thats how they do their calculations -- because theres a pulse there.

Hypersensitivity at its best! (or worst)

Nope I'm pretty sure it's a constant invisible twitch in my left hand. Just great. No wonder my arm feels weird and shaky

We don't have muscles in our fingers . You could be more aware of your hand now but it might just be a pulse ...
