I found wich helps me against my muscle pain and more...A lack of Magnesium can cause twirches and muscle problems. To test the value in your blood is difficult (it was never done with me - but I am sure to have lack of Magnesium due to medication and Hashimoto).
So I tried out which was recommended to me. I found the information on the internet, too (but page is in German so link might not help. But I can send you via pm if you request). And my muscles feel much better now...

-I ordered Magnesiumchlorid Hexahydrat E 511 (food qualitiy) (4 kilogramm) via internet
-put 33 gramm in one liter of water (shake and put it in the fridge)
-every morning or evening 2-3 cl of this mixture (one or one and a half small shot glass) in a normal glass and fill up with normal water or fruit juice
- drink this (tastes very disgusting) every day.

This is the best way to fill up your magnesium. And it is cheap, too.
I feel much better since I do so. I think it is worth a try. It is not that complicated as it sounds like.

Thanks German... do you think a health food store would carry this?
