Workout and BFS

Postby aseelan on April 16th, 2014, 1:31 pm

Hi All,
I have muscle stiffness in my neck and right leg, all these came in only after my BFS started. I workout everyday and it feel like the muscle stiffness worsen by that. Is that true with BFS?
Does Strenuous Workout cause muscle tension / stiffness worsening ? Actually i have additional place where it is stiff which i think was caused by my workouts. Alos is muscle fatigue common?

Thanks
Alan

relaxation may only help. Swimming, massage, review of pillow arrangement, working desk arrangement, stature, neck stretching excercises, general decrease of stress level (eh, easier to say than to do).

Thanks yuliasir.... Can these tension type headaches last as a long as a month or more? Can this be triggered by certain head movements ? Cos I seem to have those ..
