New symptom

Postby twitchsenc on May 30th, 2013, 1:33 pm

For the past month or so I have become much less worried about my twitching. Yes I still twitch but this forum has helped. I have also become physically active and have been working out regularly for the past 4 months. I have gotten physically stronger which has also helped alleviate my fears. About two weeks ago I started experiencing a strange new symptom. I have been experiencing a brief numbness in my right shoulder, on the back side where my arm meets my shoulder. This is possibly in the roatator cuff area. This numbness usually only last a few seconds and goes away but returns several times in a row. I usually forget about it until it happens again. It is now really starting to scare me. Has anyone else ever experienced anything like this?

Yes, of course, many people with BFS experience numbness and tingling and sensory symptoms. I used to fail my sensory neuro exams all of the time.

Do a search on the forum with those words and you will see how often this occurs.

Hope this helps,
Blessings,
Sue
