I am now almost 3.5 years with this problem.
No weakness and no atrophy.
There are weeks when I suffer from moderate muscle achings and heavy fasciculacions.
There are other weeks when the symptoms simply vanish. I recentily had a remission that lasted more than a month. I thought I was cured, but, unfortunately the problem came back and I am now on a very bad relapse.
As the time passes, I have less and less fear of having a terrible disease. until now I got no progression and I think a malignant disease would have progressed by now.
But the symptoms (aching and fasciculations) sometimes are very very very debilitating.

I'm so sorry you're still dealing with pain. But glad you had a short reprieve from all of this. Was anything different during your life when it got better? Just curious.
