Have you ever tried with coenzyme Q10 ? I just meet a new neurologist last saturday who told me that he has had a pacient in the past with fascics and cramps and that it worked with her. So, I'm trying too together with your other suggestions.

It's strong. But aren't your twitches strong? Valium relaxes your nervous system to calm the twitches. First time I tried it, the twitches disappeared! It is addictive but I didnt care. I was at the end of my rope, couldn't go on living like that anymore! (I'm following up my posts on here, then gonna get off the forum...)

THANKS for the link for the salts! I ordered a bag! I remember how Epsom Salts made my muscles feel when I was young... I just like taking baths still, even though I don't really neeeeed to for therapeutic reasons anymore... :)
