That sounds about right. BFS is what I am starting to call, and what many before me have called, "the great imitator"
How I resolved my BFS within 1 year of onset:

FREEZING COLD HANDS AND FEET

Postby leaflea on November 12th, 2014, 12:14 pm

Picking up and old thread here, I'd really be interested to know how many truly have this symptom. I have always had a tendency to have cold hands and feet, since my teens. I am now 47 and since bfs started one year ago it is unbelievable. My feet turn to ice. I would say maybe Raynaud's but I don't get the classic white/purple discoloration. Mom has Raynaud's and Thyroid issue, but not me so far. This is really a concern to me right now. It happens every day. Only other thing to cause it seems to be Raynaud's, thyroid, or peripheral neuropathy. However, scary thing is that I remember it being an annoyance for those with a seriously dreaded disease many of us fear. I just can't imagine what could be causing this. It is not in my head, my distal limbs are frozen. I do exercise and my heart is fine. I have always had a low resting heart rate, but that's a good thing I think.

I've been the same way since this started. My feet and hands both get extremely cold. I've always been more cold-natured, but I had never had it anywhere near this bad until this year.

Me too - very cold hands and feet. And diagnosed with Raynaud's when I was 30.
