B/C 4. My symptoms really wax and wane. I have only had a fluttering of my tongue under extreme stress. I can count this happening a handful of times in over 2yrs.

So, this is really hard for me to answer:

80% of the time, I'm a B2

The rest I'm between a B4 and a B5.

My calves twitch every day, but the rest of my body doesn't always twitch, it's much more random. My tongue seems to twitch once or twice, maybe once a week, so I struggle putting myself in the B5 category. Of course, there have been times where it's twitched much more than that, but it's rare. And, I notice it's usually related to how hard I'm clenching my teeth/jaw (TMJ).

Not sure if this helps, Matt. Go ahead and put me in B5, if it means that you've twitched there - ever.

Thanks Mitra!

I'm gonna put you in as a B2 since the criteria I used for sensory and cramping was more than one day a week. I'll do the same for the tongue.

Hope you're doing well!

B4.
Worst thing for me: the psychological aspect. Believing that it is benigne.

I would say A4, but :

- I am really too scared to look at my tongue so...
- I had pins and needle for so long I just can't remember but I am twitching for only 2 month so I dont think it's linked to my BFS

Hi,

I am B5 too.

However, there are days when I almsot dont twitch at all and days I twitch like crazy. Now is 2 years since the first day of twitching.
But, if u maybe find it interesting - before twitches started, I was 3 years affraid that I will start twitching  . Cuz I read about twitching ... so I was thinking that cant happen to me... but it happened. Therefore, I think its somehow connected with our mind.

Great idea! I'd say I'm a D5 all the way. Tongue (along with rest of facial muscles) is noticeable 10-15x/day for about 2.5 months, wheras the legs have been CONSTANT since it all started 5 months ago. Cramping occurs in hands/legs/feet usually only 10x/week or less. Sensory issues are the biggest trip... Pins and needles here and there - last night I was actually woken up for the first time from BFS - buzzing sensation from mid-thigh all the way to feet on both legs.
