Soft palate?!

Postby TwitchyDoc on October 13th, 2012, 4:36 am

Well, now I am really scared :( I saw my soft palate (actually directly the uvula) twitching! It was not pulse, which can be confused here for twitches..it was fasciculation. I know we keep saying "location does not matter" but this place is for me even worse then tongue. Never heard about BF there

I guess if one can twitch in eardrum (my experience!) you can also twitch in soft palate! There are muscles there also like in eardrum.

I had my soft palate twitch. Was complaining about it because it made me gag. No big deal

This is not uncommon in BFS...here's a useful soul who often complained of palatal myoclonus. :)

Blessings,
Sue
