Stiffness

Postby marvan on July 27th, 2012, 2:52 pm

Anyone have an suggestions for the muscle stiffness?

It's been ongoing for a month and I''ve tried ibuprofen, flexeril, ice and heat, but the muscles stay stiff. Mostly my left leg and foot, also I've noticed the left side of my back. I just realized this morning that the stiff back muscle makes it almost impossible for me to do a situp anymore.

I have been struggling with stiffness in the mornings for a long time now. It takes a long time to get going. A warm bath is a good way to start off. I use Ibuprofen as well. I always feel the worse if I have not had time for a good long soak in a hot bath before the day starts.

LDN (low dose naltrexone) is a life saver for me. Stiffness, fatigue and muscle soreness has greatly been reduced with it. Its not a cure for the nerve excitability but certainly helps to make the condition bearable.
