Oh, I'm nosy as well. I'm a 31year old mother of 2 boys. I studied Biology (szecialised on molecular neuro biology, haaahaaaa, was working on voltage-gated channels in nerves, isn't that funny *grrrr*). Now I work from home, i sew and sell accessoires and kids-clothes.

What you can do from stem cells is amazing, and what will be possible in future will be even more amazing This is actually why so many of us (Molecular Biologists) go to different countries. Here in Germany the reglementations in stem cell research are very strict,if not completely forbidden, due to historical circumstances.

uups wrong thread..belongs to the stem cell thread..

I have an Agricultural Science qualification. Work with in the australian govt sector of agriculture. Have done for nearly 30 years. Our biggest issue at the moment is the genetically modified ( GM) products- in particular canola grain ( big time product in Canada). Some for...some ( severley and vocally) against..interesting argument. Production of more food with less 'chemical' for the world vs the meddling with nature and 'gods natural order of things'..as well as the supposeded human health warnings. I wonder if BFS is caused by eating GM infused products??? ( GM soy in many things we eat). Interesting times....

I have a mechanical engineering degree and manage the project designs for a few retail clients. It allows me to travel all over the country, which I love to do.

I am a web designer and I really hate it because of the long hours and deadlines I have to meet with annoying clients. I am hoping to quit and be a full time tennis coach or be a chef.

I have a BBA in Marketing and have been working towards a second Bachelor in Nursing for the past few years (wait listed into an accelerated program last fall, but a seat didn't present itself). I've worked the past 15 years as a flight attendant for one of the worlds largest carriers. Currently in downtown Tokyo trying to adjust my body clock.

i was an orthopaedic technician for 15 years, casting splinting traction etc actualy did some work here for Agusto Sarmiento from miami when he came to London on a casting technique roadshow. Unfortunately i developed Occupational Asthma due to working with a ridgid foam splinting material that used a 2 pot mixing system of isocyanates. Since then i got involved in teaching adults ITC and basic computer skills. Left that to stay at home to look after my 3rd child some 5 years ago.

I've worked in pharmaceuticals for the last 16 yrs. Married with 2 kids. Went to college to be a social worker to work with juveniles- majoring in psychology and sociology and minoring in philosophy , then I found out how much social workers make and changed coarse. Now that I look back, should have stayed with it-money is not gonna be what it takes to change the world!
