Propranolol for BFS? Nope. Never heard of such a thing. Who knows. Beta blockers are primarily prescribed for hypertension. They're also very effective in mitigating stage-fright, as they serve to block the nervous system's response to massive doses of adrenalin. Who knows? Maybe they'll end-up being the BFS drug of the future. Please, keep us posted in regards to your experience!

Propranonol didn’t help me at all. I only noticed a slowed heart-beat. I have tried it because of the postural tremor that came with BFS. I had a very strong withdrawal syndrome when I stopped taking it and had to go back to the pills and then reduce the dose gradually over time.
