Low Cortisol and Low Testosterone

so I've been feeling horrible and had some blood tests at the Endo Dr. My Cortisol was very low. Should not be under 10 and I was 4.1. Said I may have Addisons Disease. Also my Testosterone was 206. Should not be under 300. Wondering if these two things could be causing this crushing gatque and relentless twitching. Any thoughts ?

Low hormone levels such as cortisol & testosterone do not normally cause twitching. And low levels of both of those hormones can be treated by means of hormone
replacement therapy.

Thanks but when it comes illness I'm anything but normal. I'm always the 1 percenter that gets the side affects from Meds and Have had more then 1 Dr says...Hmmmm
