fatiguing of limb

Has anyone else had trouble with fatiguing of an arm or a leg, especially at the end of the day.
Foot feeling heavy, or hand feeling fatigued to the point where it is hard to write or type....
Would appreciate hearing if any of you have also had this, and how long it lasted....
