9 years update

Postby fox2run on April 8th, 2016, 2:21 am

Hi all

My daughter is getting 9 years next week. So now its 9 years ago, I started to have fasciculations by the 10.000 each our. It took some years and mental care to bypass the fear etc.

I dont have any ALS fear today whatsoever. Im still doing exercise living a normal life etc. and have even forgotten my fascics mostly. They will always be a part of me though, but they are now a fine indicator when I do exercise, alcohol and are suffering of lack of sleep or - and thats important for you newbies: when Im in periods with stress...

Stay asure you are fine and stop your googling around for sxs. Not worth the effort. BFS is a close to normal. Hell, my own GP has it.

Take care. I might forget my password someday :D

Thanks for the post and checking in

From time to time I still get scared very scared

Especially when I have times in doing things slower than I used to
That's scary

I still twitch 1000 times and day

Thanks
