Thank you for the well wishes.

My birthday is tomorrow, the 15th, but I will be - gasp - 49. Next summer will be rough. I will turn 50 just as my only child, Jen, leaves for University. 40 is not so bad. 50 sounds old!

A girlfriend my age sent me a good, age appropriate card. The cover says - Happy Birthday to a woman who is really hot. Inside it says - It's normal, sit down, it will pass!

Have a great birthday. It is only a number!

Shirley and Chris...Happy Birthday to both of you beautiful ladies!! My Aunt is 83, and she still lloves roller coasters....so go for that water slide.

Lets have some cyber-cake, and I will crush some cookies in my ice cream in your honor!

Glad it isn't my birthday! :x

wow! I'm wishing happy birthdays all around today! Best of wishes Christine and Shirley!

One of my good friends is 63... My gramma was 90 when she died, but those two ladies are/were truly younger at heart than any of my friends in their 30s.

So much always to look forward to, thank goodness. I wish you both adventure and other marvelous things in your new year!

Thanks for the birthday wishes. This is my first birthday since both my parents died. They always called and wished me a Happy Birthday no matter where I was living.

I think my daughter and her friend are planning to make a cake. My daughter and I will go out for dinner.

49 is only a number. 49 is only a number. . . .

Thanks again.
