hey jenn -

i have a feeling that you are misinterpreting this... i don't think the person you are referring to was referring to you :?

Hi Jenn. You CAN open my pm you know, I didn't write anything that might distress your very tender heart.

The nature of any community is to fight a little, although there is perhaps a little too much bickering going on here of late. Of course, I have not been privy to any of this so exactly "how much" is taking place I wouldn't know. If you read the archives you will see that there were arguments a plenty, most of the started by Ginny. JK Perhaps this site is now a victim of its own success. The fame of our little forums has spread far and wide over the cyber world, and now there are many who wish to feast at even the crumbs of our BFS table.

Kindness is terribly important though, that is for sure. Sometimes kindness is not just talking sweetly to one another, but offering a well aimed boot in the bottom. Rudeness, however is quite a different matter. Rudeness is born from intolerance and sometimes from just feeling lousy.

I guess our default reaction should be one more on the tolerant and forgiving side. We are, after all, just people trying to muddle through this life as best we can, hopefully with more heapings of joy then sorrow.

I do like your idea of kindness though, and I think you expressed it well.

Ohh grow up, Jenn.

YOU attacked me when you should have asked for clarification. I WAS NOT, I repeat, WAS NOT referring to you.

If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.

Sorry, Basso, I'm in a cantankerous mood today.

Jenn,

My goodness.......I just looked at the date that you joined(mid July), and you are up to something like 320 posts. That's like 12 posts a day, you are bound to annoy someone if you post that often. JK :D

Is it just me, or is anyone else enjoying all the arguments around here of late.............oh I guess it is just me then.

Ciao,

Christina,

No, I guess I am too.

Maybe all these twitches we feel really ARE little aliens that eventually take over our bodies and make the sanest of us go insane and evil

I honestly don't know WHAT has gotten into me this week. Hormones? Pre-menopause? Pants-too-tight?

Gosh, I want the old me back (so does my husband!)

Ginny,
Yes you can retire, I took your job from you.

Jenn, I don't think you were reading that post correctly. That was not directed at you at all.

Jenn has removed all of her posts from this link....oh well.

Gin...I am finding this all amusing..what the he*ll has gotten into the people on here, I wonder. I have been posting here for almost a year, and outside of Eric (the lyme Eric) no-one found things to fight about. I think that we have become to much like a real family perhaps....lol..and are starting to loathe each other.

Wolvy...I am enjoyiing your edge lately and your take no cr*ap attitude.

And just a question ....Mork has gone missing? I know that with his name coming up so much, he would have had a lot to say....when he gets back, he is going to be surprised at all the things that he has been accused of!!!

Christina,

Maybe the heat is getting to everyone? Full Moon? Mother-in-laws?

I feel bad for sharply responding to "Jenn". That's just not me. If I get any worse, I'm going to put myself on a list for an excorsism

Hope you have a great weekend!

G.

Hey, maybe when we come back to NY in Oct. to visit my in-laws, we can meet in NYC for lunch?

BOO! :D

I'm still here, now all of you calm down :) hehe! :D

I'm trying to keep a low profile and chip in when I think I'm needed rather than posting every five minutes, I think there has been a bit of overactive posting going on here recently ;) . I'm also worried I'm rapidly outstaying my usefulness around here and I don't want to detract from the serious posts from people who really need help.

Yes I keep missing out on all this fun :) or sometimes just keeping my head down....
