Just to add a little context the reason I like this quote is because in order to change yourself for the better you must be willing to truly evaluate the beliefs and thought patterns that drive your self-destructive behavior such as your excessive anxiety, worry, or fear. If you cannot unlearn what brought you to where you currently are and relearn newer and better ways of approaching life, nothing will change.
