Hi, it has been a while since I posted.

One way of knowing you are 'cured' if you will of BFS is when you start to post infrequently.

I looked at the active topics today and they are similar to the past topics.

Some people get upset by the lack of 'veteran's. Actually it is a good sign. Most people after a while move on. Someday the odds are it will happen to you too.

I still twitch some. Not as much as I used too. Some days it drives me nuts. Most days I don't think about it.

I am now practicing with my son for a 5K. So we run about 3.3 miles after other day. I also lift weights.

I curl and tri-cept 85 lbs (3 sets of 10 for the weight lifters here). And I military press 45 (3 sets of 10). I have been lifting since the beginning of the year and it is starting to show a little bit on my body. That is kind of exciting.

Anyway the point is I live life. I exercise. I hug my kids. I love my wife.

Take it one day at a time and someday, you will probably be where I am.

Hope this helps someone.

Cheers.

I'm glad everything is going well.
I agree...The lack of veterans is actually a good sign.
I nowadays post very little too.
All the best
