You really can't. Any thing you would do to reduce the size would defeat the purpose. You just need to find a picture that does not exceed the maximum file size. I think it is 1.0 MB if I remember correctley, which really is not that much when your talking about photo files like jpg's.

If you go to photobucket.com, you can import any picture to there and it will give you a url to place on here.

I also work out a lot, and you just get used to twitching after the exercise...no biggie

Cheers,
Basso

No, that is not me, I'm actually much more muscular than that guy. It was just a joke because when some people on here decided to start posting pictures of themselves I thought to myself "How can I blow everyone away here?" If I posted my own picture, it would be very anticlimatic because I'm sure everyone here has this vision of my as being a underware model. I always say, if I looked like that, could you imagine how bad my twitches might feel. They might make me punch myself in the face or kick myslef in the groin, or something like that.

I also just get a kick of people asking me "is that your picture". I wish, although my wife says she does not think guys like that are attractive. I think she just says that to make me feel better about myself which is fine with me.

I do run, and at first my tiwtches would go through the roof after running. But here I am 6 months later and I don't want to jinx myself because my twitches seem to be getting much better. They also do not go through the roof anymore after exercise.

Get yourself mentally healthy and conince yourself you are fine and I bet there is a very good chance you will feel better physically, even enough to start working out again. At my worst, when I would run, I would just think to myself when I was running "take that twitches, I'm not going to let you control my life". It motivated me to exercise and feel better during and after.

Hang in there.

Under your picture in photobucket you must copy the URL. Next you go to your profile and paste it where it says Link to off-site avatar. It should work, I tried it just to be sure...I was here, and then I was not. However, you will not be seeing my mug anytime soon.

Good luck,
Basso
