Sorry if this is posted inthe wrong place ...

But....

Is there a way to rank the posts I am seeing

What I am thinking is when I go on the forums , the are lots of threads .....

I am thinking maybe I could chip in , but then notice last post was 2009 ...

Is there any way to see threads that are CURRENT , with reasonably recent posts rasher than yrs ago & prob finished ???

except for "sticky" posts at the top, the newest posts come first. Start at the top and work your way down and the messages will get older.

I know this is really a dumb question but what are the stickies and where can I find them?

Hi Darylder,
stickies are posts located always onthe top of the forum, and they ususally have an icon (picture) at the left side looking a bit like a bulb shape. Those posts would never move from the top and they usualy contain impodtant information.

for example, if youy look here (by clicking on the link)
viewforum.php?f=3
you could see about a five top posts with the 'bulb' icons, including very important called "Why you do not have ALS (part 1)" and "BFS in a nutshell".

as for the user name - I am not sure, probably you should write a message to our moderators at aboutbfs@gmail.com or send them PM. Mods are those whose names are highlighted in green, actually users Johnv, Arron and garrym/
looks like Johnv is dealing with all issues like keeping accounts etc.

I have seen for sure several persosns presenting themselves as 'Former XXXX, now YYYYY" so generally there is a way to do so.
