Watch your posture?!

Postby anonimo on April 26th, 2007, 7:37 pm

Anyone here notice if your posture affects the severity of your twitching? I've noticed that when in bed, the twitches seem to be more widespread when lying on my back, as opposed to my side. During the day, it may be a bit worse when I'm in a "proper" posture -- back perfectly flat and upright, etc. -- but better when I slouch or keep my back somewhat hunched. (I recently read a report claiming that sitting up at a 90 degree angle is actually the WORST for your back.) Anything to this . . . or just one of those "coincidences . . . ?"
I wonder what its called when you do the same thing over and over again . . . and you DO get different results . . .
