Thanks twitcher, interesting ways to try to lessen your OCD. No doubt you use it for other things besides ALS fears. My ALS fears have 99.9% disappeared but as anyone with OCD knows they are just replaced with other irrational fears. My biggest, besides health anxiety, is my worry about my loved ones being in car accidents or leaving something turned on in the house which will cause a fire.I have to check and recheck and still worry constantly. I think your techniques could work in these instances as well.

Most definitely. It's not easy, but it does work.
