Diltiazem Aggravates BFS?

My BFS symptoms (twitching and tingling all over the body) seem to worsen a few hours after taking my daily dose of Diltiazem. Seems counterintuitive, given Diltiazem is often prescribed for cramps. Has anyone also experienced this negative reaction while on this calcium channel blocker?
