sleep/breathing issues, please help

hi guys,
8 years of symptoms, had so much tests and seen so many neurologists and neuromuscular specialists and still no answers..

Symptoms
Fasciculations
Cramps
Weakness
Tremors under muscle stress
Nerve pain
Fatigue
Joint pain
Muscle tightness, maybe some spasticity
Bladder issues
Urological and sexual issues
Hand issues..

Out of the blue about 2 wks ago now i kept waking up during sleep with what it felt like i was holding my breath..
That has contimued and now ill wake gasping for air or wake cause i have stoped breathing..
Happens literally 10-15 times a night before i finally pass out and go into a deeper sleep..
Anyone have this? I worry its my throat or breathing muscles weakening always worry about mnd.

I know I’ve seen it mentioned here before. Try to search it. Have you had any remission? Sorry you’re having such a bad time!!

Thanks for replying. I have had 1-3 nights,where its barely noticable..but then its back for a few nights a lot..

My myoclonic jerks have increased as well as swallowing in my sleep coupled with the breathing issues..


Im very worried and concerned its mnd:(
