Taking a very hot shower and baths ( like I do also), causes your blood pressure to drastically drop, because the blood vessels in the skin have had to dilate. Your heart rate increases to compensate and you can become very shaky. Some people describe coming out of a very hot bath like a sugar crash feeling. As shakiness is generally more noticeable in hands than any other part of the body it is no wonder you are seeing an increase after a very hot shower. Think this is a normal physiological reaction you are having. Saying that I love hot baths also.
