Thigh hotspot

Postby jcmommie on May 9th, 2015, 1:40 pm

For the last 2 weeks I have had a focused area of strong twitching in the lower inner thigh by knee on my left (cursed!) side. It happens anywhere from several times to many a minute. Sometimes it stops for an hour only to start up again. The muscles do feel fatigued, but I am hoping that's benign. All that twitching feels like a workout. For as much trouble as this foot/leg has given me, I am still walking :-) This area has never twitched before and certainly not like this. My legs do feel fatigued walking. I quit strength testing myself awhile back. Walking is my new strength testing. Anyway, feel uneasy about it, so thought I would check in here. Any sage advice? :-)
Just keep swimming...

Focus on the strengths of today and worry not about the future.
