Quick question about ANA

If A** is a rule out disease, and I have positive ANAs result, then they can't really rule out auto-immune stuff, right? They'd have to so more extensive autoimmune testing first, I would think...

They have to confirm your symptoms/findings are caused by something else.

Thanks but that was a little vague for me. That means they would have to check what's behind the positive ANAs first, right? I mean, they couldn't just ignore them.
