I'm like having a meltdown today. It's been a solid 5 months since my twitching has started in my triceps on both arms. It's since progressed to my foot arches/soles, shoulders, and now my left hand is cramping and twitching on the pinky side constantly and my thenar periodically. I've had two emgs (1 on left arm in August and one in early October on my entire left side) and both were clean. My arms have not been responding well to excerise as i used to lift all the time, but now when i lift (lighter weights) all of my muscles just hurt and feel numb and dont feel like i even worked out. My left eyelid and brow have been twitching for a week straight. I want to believe the emgs, but it's very tough when every thing just feels like it's falling apart.

I can bring on twitches by tweaking my body in a certain way -- phone holding included.

I usually get them when I text.

I know you are having a bad day -- but trust your EMG's

I lift regularly as well -- and I can tell you and I am sure you would agree -- that when youre stressed out youre body just doesn't respond like it normally would.

How is your sodium , magnesium, electrolyte, water intake? I know that is a common thing for twitchers -- especially ones that exercise.

Do you get them all the time ? or do you get them after a workout ?

Take one of your weights that you used to lift -- can you lift it for a 1RM? If your mom or dad was under that weight could you pick it up? If you can -- then youre ok!
