some key thoughts to help with bfs

i am by no means an expert on bfs. i still stress about and the "what ifs" concerning twitching. but from what i have read on this site, i keep referring back to what i have learned here. and that is: people with als twitch later in the disease after weakness and atrophy. and als doesnt come and go and it gets progressively worse. and another thing i have been trying to avoid, is the als sites. they will do nothing but make a person a cyberchondriac!
