I'm still having problems. I just received the results for my 2nd emg after 2 years of symptoms. The results were clean but I'm very worried that the exam was not thorough enough and missed something. Most of my symptoms are in my foot which twitches constantly and has gone down a shoe size/feels weak. I also have a brisker knee jerk in the affected leg. They did not test my foot because there is "not enough muscle" in the foot to test. They tested in 6 spots in my upper and lower leg. Is there anyway I could still have ALS and the test missed it?

No. If it's in your foot it's in your leg. You're fine.
