Shaky muscles

Postby thequestion1 on July 26th, 2014, 10:49 am

Anyone else with bfs have shaking/trembly muscles after workout or during exertion? I seem to be having some shaky muscles recently - don't feel week - but upon exertion some of my muscles shake/tremble more than I can remember happening prior to bfs. Any clues?

Yes! There is a lot of information about this if you use the search function, I think.

I think you will find pretty common. I also get muscle pain. My arms are the worst. Especially after swimming. Also happens after cooking and washing the dishes. Unfortunately this doesn't get me out of doing the dishes.

Yep - my muscles definitely get shaky after some exertion. Always better after a little rest, though.

Me too. I was helping a family member move last week and each time a carried something down the stairs my legs would shake with each step. Sometimes my arm will even get tired if I'm on the phone for an extended period of time.
