Why are my twitches less pronounced?

Postby Neville86 on July 17th, 2014, 2:06 pm

My primary twitch has "died down" considerably. Not only is it less frequent, but it's also less "violent" if that makes sense and is quite faint. What's up with this?

The cause of benign fasciculations is unknown. The physiological mechanism is unknown. The implications are unknown (yet based on the experience, no serious implications are expected)...

So how could anyone answer your question?

Be happy, progressive lesion of lower motor neurons (such as MND) would not improve. When fasciculations decrease in MND it signals there are no motor neurons left innervating the muscle and hence no power and severe atrophy.
