Can you go one minute without fasciculations?

Postby bobajojo on May 17th, 2014, 8:08 am

Just taking a poll. Let's NOT include calves and feet in this one since those are very active in most of us. Can you 1 minute without twitching somewhere else? I can't. This morning, I'm counting 40 per minute, half are calves and feet. Othe half is random. My arms and shoulders are popping like crazy. -Matt

Hi Matt, no, not since the last few weeks (not include those one in calves and feet, where am twitching since months). I am twitching nearly 8 months now.

Hi Matt , i seriously dont think i could count them as i have constant fizzing popping of minuscule twitches then the more normal rippling and thumping type of of twitch and no part of my body is free of them. Zillions in a day i'd guess and probably not above a second without one.

Nope. But I can go weeks without thinking about them now. :)

When I fall asleep they tend to stop and they aren't there first thing in my morning when I awake. It's usually when I get to my desk and sit down that the twitching kicks in then stays all day until I fall asleep again.

At first I used to twitch like crazy but it has gradually slowed. Some days I twitch all day long, others I don't at all. It just verys. I get them in my calves primarily but also get them in my arms, jaw, chest, neck, back and sometimes my butt. Lol. They have calmed down lately though
