Myoclonus Jerks?!

Postby keomagnes on March 31st, 2014, 8:28 pm

Hello Folks!

I've been experiencing some weird body jerks! I'm not scared or any thing I just wanted to see if someone here has already experienced this kind of jerks.
It's hard to explain as English is not my native language but I will try to put it in a simple way.

Most of the times when I'm sited or laying in bed I get this, what I like to call, 'mini jerk'. It's like a jerk that moves my belly forward but really smooth. It's not like a leg jerk (I get these time to time) but it's more like a 'hiccup' but way more mild. It seems it comes from my back.

I'm not really sure if I can consider this as a 'Myoclonus Jerk' or just anxiety. Has anyone experienced this already?!

Sorry if it's not clear, I can try to explain harder if you guys don't understand.

Thanks! :D

I get myoclonus jerks, together with the whole battery of BFS symptoms. Never had them before I got BFS.
