Hi Guys,

Just hooked up this old post as I'm facing the same issues now.
My right calf is 1cm thinner than the left. It's actually not only the calf but the whole leg below the knee smaller. Also the ankle and the foot.
The good news is that I have noticed that long time ago since my whole fears and issues started (2 years ago).
The bad news is that at the moment I'm feeling the right leg weaker than the left. It's clear that it gets tired easier and easy.

If any of the older members has an update about their own experience would be nice to post.

My neuro measured my legs a few weeks ago and noticed they were around 1cm different and stated that it was well within normal. That kind of difference is nothing to worry about. I also already knew that they were different and it appeared to me to be unchanging. My calves are by far the most active with twitching and cramping at this point. My other neuro checked the area after that (he did not measure) and stated that muscles normally go pretty quickly. So if yours is unchanging, you are OK.
