ALS question

Postby Guest on October 17th, 2002, 7:18 pm

In als would you still be able to flex your muscles (body wide)and have tham stay hard. And would they pump up (look bigger and harder) after working out. Or would there be no change?

Depends I would suspect. Muscles that still work should still work like normal. Yet if you had ALS weakness would be progressive and the workouts would be harder and harder with every passing week. Most als patients (being 50 or so) do not work out and would not notice a strength change until it gets much larger.

My real questions is: Due ALS fascilations appear durring flexing of muscles?
